With this measurement the FR-9000 can adjust the cutting parameters in relation to the user’s demand and give the best possible result for each fish.

The FR-9000 MK-V contains 3 sets of circular blades, which remove the backbone, resulting in a product with minimal wastage. After the backbone is removed, a set of reciprocating knives carefully remove the ribs producing fillets that are beautiful in appearance and without injury.
