The glazing machine of Makelis is suitable for glazing frozen products such us whole degutted fish or fillets. It is controlled automatically from a control panel. The machine glazes products by immersing them in running water of a specific temperature. Also, as the products exit the glazing machine, they are spayed with water by spray nozzles. The water is filtered to achieve higher yields and better end product quality.
