The forklift wheel cleaner is constructed of stainless steel 304. Four horizontally mounted rotating brushes covered with a massive stainless steel grate guarantees a thoroughly cleaning of the forklift wheels.

The utensil washers ETW have rotating spraying arcs (with nozzles) that clean objects from four sides. This means an optimal cleaning result, even in case of stubborn dirt. Thanks to the special lid design, the unit has great accessibility.

After being cleaned the crates are transported by the extended chain from the washer into the blow off zone. The thermocell enclosure delivers maximum heat and sound isolation.

The Elpress sticker removal module makes use, among other things, of a specially designed dirt scrubber. This dirt scrubber is capable of removing stickers from all sorts of containers. The system is supplied by a separate high pressure pump that supplies the dirt scrubbers with water. The used washing water is filtered in various steps and goes from coarse to fine. In the last phase, there is also a rotating dirt scrubber, provided with a very fine filter cloth. Here, the finest sticker and adhesive residues are filtered out of the washing water. Our unique filter process ensures that the washing water is constantly being re-used.
