Marel

The Marel Compact Grader is used for weighing and sorting in a continuous flow of products. The weight of each piece is weighed on the belt and the arms advance it into packaging based on the set program on the sorting screen. The Compact Grader has benches on the left and right side for placing styrofoam, boxes, etc.

The SmartLine Grader batches fresh and frozen poultry pieces of almost any size. It creates simple batches based on piece weight, count or minimum weight. In addition, it can intelligently create batches with fixed weight.

Marel Multihead Weigher is suitable for the automatic weighing of fresh products, the creation of constant weight portions and the efficient propulsion to the next stage of the production process. The product will be fed to a rotating upper cone, which, through centrifugal force, will deliver the product to the entrance of the conveyor channels. Each conveyor channel is individually controlled by the channel computer (HMI) to start and stop the feeding of products.
