The Target Batcher is a semi-automatic machine for creating batches of fixed weight or even fixed pieces. The TB is particularly fast, compact, highly accurate and with low cost of acquisition and operation. It is suitable for the production of multiple batch sizes and can be used for a wide range of products.

The Marel SpeedBatcher creates bulk batches at high speed, automatically weighing raw material into sub-weights, which are then selectively combined to form the optimum batch weight. This capability enables the SpeedBatcher to outperform all conventional hopper systems in terms of both speed and accuracy. In addition, the unit is fully automatic from input to delivery.

Innovation robotic technology combined with state-of-the-art batching software to pack trays to a fixed-weight virtually eliminating giveaway. Meat, poultry and fish products are scanned and weighed on the RoboBatcher Flex. Robotic arms select pieces using these precise measurements to pack each tray to the pre-programmed fixed-weight and style. Any pieces out of spec can be by-passed, improving quality control and yield.
