Highly accurate positioning

Machine specially designed for continuous cutting using a band saw. The cut could be centered or off-center, cutting: pork rib, pork feet, bones, stumps of turkey or chicken legs, separate the loin rib. The product is automatically cut continuously by means of a conveyor belt that moves it to the cutting area. Depending on the morphology of the product, the conveyor may or may not have pushers. The loading process is manual, it can also be automated with a loading robot, specially designed for each application

Additional information

Machine specially designed to apply four longitudinal cuts (centered or not centered) into a product. The machine is loaded manually by the operator and the cut is applied by means of four band saw blades in a completely safe way.

Additional information

The PW-Saw is a continuous automatic bandsaw that includes a scanning system designed to achieve precisely weighed slices in accordance with chosen weight-thickness parameters. The machine is suitable for frozen meat and fish and for fresh bone-in products.
