The PW-Saw is a continuous automatic bandsaw that includes a scanning system designed to achieve precisely weighed slices in accordance with chosen weight-thickness parameters. The machine is suitable for frozen meat and fish and for fresh bone-in products.
For the longitudinal cutting of products, Astech has designed the Continuous Cutter CC2. The machine makes a longitudinal cut (centered or uncentered) along a chosen product such as pig’s feet, beef legs, knuckles, blocks, etc. The CC-2 cutting machine is loaded manually and the continuous cutting is carried out using a bandsaw in a completely safe process.

Machine specially designed for continuous cutting using a band saw. The cut could be centered or off-center, cutting: pork rib, pork feet, bones, stumps of turkey or chicken legs, separate the loin rib. The product is automatically cut continuously by means of a conveyor belt that moves it to the cutting area. Depending on the morphology of the product, the conveyor may or may not have pushers. The loading process is manual, it can also be automated with a loading robot, specially designed for each application.
Machine specially designed to apply four longitudinal cuts (centered or not centered) into a product. The machine is loaded manually by the operator and the cut is applied by means of four band saw blades in a completely safe way.
In addition to the advantages of the standard SRA, the SRA-D automatic bandsaw for cutting frozen bone-in or boneless product includes the new degree cutting function that allows the operator to obtain cuts with a greater section than the initial product.
