The FR filleting machines are reliable, versatile and high speed, specially designed for the production of single fillets free of backbone and ribs, suitable for seabass, seabream and other fish with similar size.

Only minor adjustments are required to process a wide variety of fish species and sizes due to the unique knife location that utilizes the internal bone structure of the fish.

The updated FR-200 D model provides the operator with the ability to precisely adjust the backbone cutting knives from 3.125 – 9.52 mm via an ergonomic switch directly accessible inside the machine.

The FR-3500 filleting machine is reliable, versatile and high speed, specially designed for the production of single fillets free of backbone and ribs, suitable for seabass, seabream and other fish with similar size. It has a fully developed backbone removal system to maintain good yields on larger fish with larger diameter backbones.

However, the backbone in larger fish is thicker than the dorsal or anal bone, so to achieve acceptable fillet yields the FR 3500 uses 3 sets of blades.

The patent PISCES’ FR-9000 MK-V filleting machine is the latest in filleting technology as it uses high-speed software that individually measures the length of each fish as it enters the machine. With this measurement the FR-9000 can adjust the cutting parameters in relation to the user’s demand and give the best possible result for each fish.

The FR-9000 MK-V contains 3 sets of circular blades, which remove the backbone, resulting in a product with minimal wastage. After the backbone is removed, a set of reciprocating knives carefully remove the ribs producing fillets that are beautiful in appearance and without injury.
