Marel’s Sensor X Smart short detection system is the best solution on the market for detecting bones and foreign bodies in products such as chicken, turkey and red meat. The image is analyzed by Marel’s special software and checked for bones and foreign bodies. Products that do not contain foreign bodies or bones are advanced to the exit belt.
